Manifestation of a home – Karma and Vaastu

By Kavita A Chhibber

I have been very particular about house blue prints and office blueprints for Vaastu along with making the horoscope of the people who are going to live in the house.

Your horoscope is a permanent entity of your karmic blueprint. The natal planets (which means the planets that were placed in your horoscope at birth) are not going to change.

Their strength and weaknesses are permanent, and it gives you an idea of what good karma you garnered and what difficulties you have to bear.

We are then given tools like Vaastu, crystals, and mantras to alleviate the weaknesses and enhance the strengths. And our past and present good karma also helps a lot.

There is also something called the transit of planets in which the very same planets are allotted smaller cycles in their major cycles. Yes, each planet has both a major and minor planet time line. So when planets are moving through good sub cycles they can help the weaknesses of the planets but when they are running weak major and minor cycles then problems escalate. When they run positive major and minor sub cycles good things multiply.

When you do not know your chart or Vaastu, you tend to gravitate to the same kind of structures. This manifests in buying the same things over and over again, or working for people and organizations that are a continuation of previous stuff.

I have personally seen so many people and their families buy similar structures over and over again and go through problems or positive experiences together. Of course the destinies are varied but a lot of key things remain the same.

Strangely, most family members often run the very same cycles. But at times one may have better karma than others or worse karma as well.

So getting a blue print and doing a precheck of a new structure that someone wants to buy can protect the buyer from falling into the same trap.

I always tell people DO NOT ever get desperate. What belongs to you comes to you.

You want to make everything positive energetically from your end to attract that structure.

I have given this personal example over and over again. But will share it again.

My husband and I had shortlisted a house and even accidentally met the owners, when we were moving to Boston.

When the realtor called to ask what we wanted to offer, I couldn’t bring myself to make the offer. Something kept stopping me even though I was the one who had liked that house much more than my husband had.

I didn’t know what kept stopping me and the house went under contract the next day. There was some buyer remorse.

But I told my husband whenever something like this happens it is because God has better plans for us… and those of you who have visited our current home know what I am talking about.

It is a healing sanctuary on the water, protected by divine energies. It was also made pretty Vaastu compliant by the previous owners.

So if you can’t access the blue print, or there are other delays, it means you either have to finish your cycle or God has better plans for you.

I can give example after example.

So the bottom line: never be in a crazy rush fueled by panic that something is slipping away from your hands.

When you do not meditate, or do not make some quiet time to reflect and think intuitively, you make a lot of mistakes – buying homes not good for you, working for companies that don’t nurture you, jumping into relationships that turn out badly… the list is endless.

When you meditate and bring yourself into a state of calmness, your powerful inner voice tells you what is right for you. It provides you resources through people, or messages that come into your life to help you. Vaastu is one such manifestation.
